Healing Sickness

Tools:
Powdered cinnamon
Green ribbon
A glass jar or any container with lid
Various small objects in green, silver or white
(e.g paper, dried leaves, stones, beads, wooden, glass...)
Green or silver glitter

Instructions:
Cast a circle
Consecrate all the items you are going to use
Sprinkle cinnamon over all the objects and say:
"Herb for healing
Herb for hope
Herb for strength
Herb help me cope"
"I call on thee, spirits of water, earth, fire and air, to aid me in this healing"
Bind the green ribbon around the jar three times and say:
"Thrice i bind thee, and so with nine calls, you will heal"
Put all the small objects and glitter in the jar,
Screw the lid on and shake nine times and say:
"Power of healing, i command you,
Heal (name of person) from all sickness
Thank the elements and guardians and take down the circle
When you have finished, keep the jar in a safe place, and when you need the healing power, take the jar out and shake nine times and say the folliwng over and over:
"(Name of person), be well. (Name of person), be free from sickness"
